Hello and welcome.

This type of site has been done before. The reason I am doing this is to raise funds to purchase a mini-van with a wheel chair lift and to get a home built that will fit my needs around my disability. I have a form of Muscular Dystrophy called SMA type 3. Spinal Muscular Atrophy type III. (Also Known As; Kugelberg - Welander Disease.)

And I am currently having some medical issues, that I have been in and out of my local ER and (4 times from Nov 27- Dec 27) And I am also currently going through some medical exams, and those are costly. I have never asked for help with my form of Muscular Dystrophy... I am not looking for handouts or sympathy, I am offering a service, and I have never asked for any special treatment form anyone. But I am really at a point of no where else to turn. I am having a lot of pain, and that doesn't add to the stress of the future medical bills that will be occurred. I've recently had an MRI and discovered I have a torn ligament in my left shoulder and will require surgery. And do to the fact I have this form of Muscular Dystrophy I need ongoing psychical therapy. And being on medicare, they will only cover 50% and the other 50% I have to cover. And the fact that disability income is far below the poverty level I just can't afford to spend $1,200 a month in psychical therapy alone.

So please help me with spread the word about my site. And lets see if we can sell all these pixels.

My goal is to raise $1,00,000.00. But not all the money raised is for my own personal purpose I will be donating 50% (after all the pixels are sold) to the two following non profit agencies:
Families of SMA (FSMA.Org) (Will receive $250,000 when all the pixels are sold)
Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA.Org) (Will receive $250,000 when all the pixels are sold)
